What is moissanite?
Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone chosen for its sparkle and durability. Every piece comes with its GRA grading report.
Will the gold wear off?
No. The piece is solid 14K gold all the way through, so the color won't rub off or turn your skin green.
What's in the box?
Your piece, its GRA grading report, a gift box, and a care cloth.
Orders and delivery
Can I shower or sleep in them?
Take them off for showers, swimming, exercise, and sleep. Perfume, chlorine, and abrasion dull any fine jewelry.
How fast is shipping?
Free US shipping. We hand it to the carrier in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days after that, and you'll get a tracking link by email.
What if they're not right?
You're covered for 60 days. For a defect, damage, or the wrong item, we pay return shipping. For a change of mind, you do. Email [email protected] to start.
Returns and guarantee
Do I need the original box?
The jewelry and its GRA grading report are what we need. The original gift box is helpful but not required.
Can I exchange for another carat?
Yes, when the requested piece is in stock. Exchanges follow the same 60-day window and inspection process.
What if the stone falls out?
Stone loss under normal wear is covered. Email photos and your order number; we will inspect the piece and repair or replace it.
Is return shipping free?
We pay return shipping for a defect, damage on arrival or the wrong item. For a change of mind, you cover return shipping.
How long does a refund take?
We inspect returns within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days after approval.
