Eligibility and permitted use

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. You agree to use the site for lawful, personal purposes and not for resale, fraudulent activity, or any purpose that violates these Terms or applicable law.

We currently sell and ship to addresses within the United States only. We may refuse or cancel orders that we cannot lawfully fulfill or that appear to be for resale or fraud.

Products and descriptions

We work to describe our products accurately. Product measurements, colors, and images are approximate and may vary because of screen settings, lighting, and the nature of the materials.

JuvaJewels jewelry is made with lab-created moissanite. When a product is described as 14K solid gold, it is made from 14K solid gold. The product page states the metal, stone, and whether a GRA grading report is included. A GRA report is an independent commercial grading document for the stone; it is not a government certification and does not grade the metal or the stone's origin.

Natural and manufactured variations in color, surface finish, and stone appearance are not defects. We do not sell counterfeit or branded replica products.

Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars. The price displayed at checkout is the price that applies to your order, subject to correction of obvious errors. We may change prices, discounts, and promotions at any time before you place an order.

Where required by law, sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and applicable tax rules. The tax amount shown at checkout is the amount charged for that order.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and refund the amount you paid. We will contact you before taking that step when practical.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order. It is not our acceptance of the order. We accept the order when we dispatch it or send a separate acceptance notice.

We may refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, if the product is unavailable, if the order appears fraudulent or unauthorized, if there is a pricing or description error, if the shipping address cannot be verified, or if we cannot lawfully fulfill the order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items.

We may limit quantities per customer or per order.

Payment

We use PayPal to process payments. By placing an order, you authorize us and PayPal to charge the payment method you select for the order total, including applicable tax and any shipping charge. Payment card details are entered on PayPal's checkout and are not stored by us.

You are responsible for any chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute initiated without first contacting us, to the extent permitted by law. If a payment is reversed or disputed, we may suspend or cancel the order and recover the amount owed.

Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States only at launch. Shipping is free on all US orders. Handling times and estimated transit times are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, and other events outside our control may affect delivery. Tracking information is provided when available.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the order to the address you provide, to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is not what you ordered.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation before your order is fulfilled by contacting us at the support email address below. We will try to cancel the order if it has not entered fulfillment. If the order has already shipped, you may return eligible items under our Returns Policy.

We may cancel an order as described in the Orders and acceptance section.

Returns and 60-day guarantee

Eligible items may be returned within 60 days of delivery under our 60-day guarantee. The return must meet the eligibility requirements in our Returns Policy, including condition, packaging, and GRA grading report requirements. Contact us for a return authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back.

Limited warranty

We warrant that our jewelry will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the delivery date. This limited warranty is subject to the exclusions below.

If a covered defect appears, contact us with your order number and photos. We will, at our option, repair the item, replace it with the same or a comparable item, or refund the purchase price. This is your exclusive remedy for a covered defect, to the extent permitted by law.

This limited warranty does not cover damage from accidents, impact, misuse, improper care, exposure to chemicals or water, alteration, resizing, engraving, normal wear and tear, lost or stolen items, or missing stones caused by damage or alteration. A stone that becomes loose or falls out during normal wear may be covered, subject to inspection.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have additional rights under applicable consumer law that cannot be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the site or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your order will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any non-waivable consumer rights.

Disputes and governing law

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at the support email address below so we can try to resolve it informally. We will try to respond within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Subject to any non-waivable right to bring a claim in another forum, you and we agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming, United States, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim in small claims court or exercising any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Intellectual property

The site, our brand, product photography, text, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

User content and reviews

If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content, you represent that the content is accurate, that you own it or have permission to share it, and that it does not violate the rights of others. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for our business, including on the site and in marketing.

We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate. We do not endorse user content.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, introduce malware, impersonate another person, use the site to violate the law, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of the rights of another person.

Changes, severability, and entire agreement

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with our Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site and your purchases.
